There are no extra costs associated with the support program. You automatically become a member of the support program upon completion of your course. I offer ongoing support for you as soon as you complete your training with me. You will always receive the highest level of customer service and assistance through my support program.

My goal is to provide an education and training series and support program to keep you up-to-date in your business so that your clients return again and again. How it Works
Many nail technician training schools will not offer you any form of post course support. In fact, they will want very little to do with you after you complete your course. I know this because I have helped many nail technicians who have attended nail technician courses. I have seen many technicians people in despair after paying a lot of money for a course.

After completing any nail technican training course, you will need further assistance as you encounter problems in your profession. You will find it difficult to gain employment or to run a profitable business if you do not reach a certain practical level of proficiency.

I can tell you from experience as a nail technician employer with two nail salons, that i found it difficult to find nail technicians who did work that was to an acceptable standard.

I found that the vast majority of technicians had practical techniques that were very "bad". They had nice colourful certificates stating that they had completed a course..but unfortunately that means very little if you cannot perform a great set of nail enhancements within a given amount of time.

As an employer i never placed much emphasis on certificates. The first thing i did was have the technician perform a set of nails. Naturally, you should have a certificate to say you have completed a course, but the point i make is that a certificate without the correct techniques will be of little use to you.

Upon completion of your novice training course, you can relax knowing that I am there for you should you have any concerns or encounter problems as you move forward into your career.

I will provide unlimited assistance after you complete your course. You can contact me by phone or email at no cost should you require any assistance whatsoever. This is all part of my support program. You will NOT receive this level of support from any other training school.

Many students believe that after completing such a practical course, they have all the skills required and will never need any support. Because the career of the professional nail technician is very practical, problem nails cannot be disguised. Most training schools will not provide assistance once you have completed your course. You are on your own! I will provide you with post course support immediately upon completion of your course. You will be in direct contact with me by telephone and email. I will assist you with any problems you may encounter. Just pick up the phone and call me. I will always be able to return your call within 24 hours ( at the latest) if i am not available when you call.

2. Members Only Area
The members only area contains videos and tutorials. Just log in to access the information. Please note this is not yet available, I am working on it, but all of my students will have access to it as soon as it is ready.

3. Discount Post Course Personal Assistance
If at anytime in the future you are having problems and want help, i am available for private tuition. I normally charge a set hourly rate for nail technicians that have not completed my courses. But all my students will receive a large discount if they ever need me for personal tuition at anytime in the future. In most cases you won't need it, but i am always available to help my prior students in any way i can. My prior students will always get preference.
